I think it was the first Christmas in Japan that actually had a Christmas feeling to it. A major part due to Misa’s decorating and her splendid preparation of our Christmas Eve dinner; it was her first time but that was hard to believe. We had a small tree but surrounded with gifts from friends and both families. Also for this occasion Rie’s little sister, Mari, came to spend the evening with us. It was a really good occasion for our first meeting with her. |
