Germain Edito:
Day 3, our last day at the world expo 2005. I have to say 3 days were a minimum, we did as much as we could with a high pace and taking very few brakes and at the end of this day we did more that we had selected but still only 80% of the whole exposition. We started the day with the most popular pavilion, Hitachi and its discover of the virtual world, pretty amazing and fairly convincing ^^ Then, we opted for a more relax and a lot less frequented section of the expo, the forest/nature section with its selection of garden and its replica of the girls' house from "My neighbor Totoro". We did the Earth tower with the biggest Kaleidoscope in the world, it was very hypnotizing and we visited Japan pavilion, which was very oriented toward the nature and the technology cohabitating (that was the theme of the expo after all) through time. We took the "cable care" which was crossing the expo from the North to the South that had the best view from the expo. We took the time in the evening to visit the eastern Asian country pavilions to get a glimpse of the trip we want to make on our way home. We ended the day by watching the night show on the Koi pond... Look for yourself with our videos of it... And that was it, our first world expo was coming to an end, or at least for us... After 6 month the Expo saw the visit of 22,049,544 people. |
