This spring festival was held in Ryōgoku, home of the
sumo tournaments in Tōkyō. Thus, it is not surprising that a sumo theme stole the focus. On hand to explain and display the various aspects and techniques of sumo were a stable coach and 2 professional (though not yet yokozuna status [ 横綱]) sumo wrestlers. Thinking it would be fun to join the little kids (who the display was meant for) and the other out-of-shape adults, I joined in on the fun. Little did I expect to be starring in my own mini how-to-video. Takanohana (貴乃花), eat your heart out! ^-^
