Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ)- the ultra trendy hotspot for those with money- played host to 126 bears. Each artist decorated his/her bear to represent his/her country. This collective piece reminds us of humanity and the collaboration it will take to realize peace.
Further along Roppongi Hills was the creator event SCA2. Art, creativity, the next big thing meets retro with money merged in Tōkyō’s up-and-coming artist market. The main attraction was a performance piece: spontaneous production and acrylics set to DJ-ed beats. (see video)
